In 2023, Longding Aluminum revised and issued its science and technology work management system, clarifying work objectives and reward and punishment measures to encourage employees to actively participate in scientific and technological innovation work, achieving the best results in its history.
During 2023, Longding Aluminum applied for 35 patents and obtained authorization for 16 of them. The company collected evaluations for 71 innovative projects, successfully applied for 11 group innovation projects, and 3 technological research and development projects. Additionally, 13 papers were published in national and industrial professional journals. In March, the company's authored 4 group standards were successfully published and implemented.
