Longding Aluminium has the advanced cold rolling, roll casting and coating production technology in the aluminum processing industry and the first Hazelett (continuous casting and rolling) production line in China. Longding Aluminium has more than 200 sets of production equipments with first-class configuration and complete chain for the production of aluminum plate, strip and foil products from smelting, casting and rolling to finished product slitting and annealing. Now, our equipment investment has reached 1.3 billion yuan. Our main core production, testing equipment and electrical, control systems are all imported from Germany, the United States and Italy, and the automation and intelligence level is leading the industry.
Longding Aluminium has started production with more than 100 sets of production equipments, including 22 continuous casting production lines, 10 cold rolling production lines, 8 foil rolling production lines, 9 coating production lines, and rewinding machines, slitting machines, etc. With these equipments, Longding Aluminium has realized a production capacity of 190,000 tons of regular guage foil, 100,000 tons of light guage foil, 80,000 tons of CTP substrate, 100,000 tons of curtain wall plate, 100,000 tons of automobile air conditioning foil and 50,000 tons of other products. Our products are widely used in home appliances, electronic communication, transportation, medicine, instrument packaging, printing, chemical industry, building materials, decoration and other industries. Our products are exported to Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, the United States, Mexico, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, South America and other countries and regions, enjoying a high reputation.
