On September 11, the fourth slitting machine for Longding Aluminum's 100,000-ton annual battery foil/double zero foil project officially commenced operation.
The project team from Longding Aluminum's Equipment Support Department, engineers from Northern Heavy Industries, and operators from the second aluminum foil plant worked together over 13 days, completing the meticulous assembly of the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of the fourth slitting machine 7 days ahead of schedule. This included a series of complex procedures, from step-by-step testing to threading and trial runs.
The successful operation of the fourth slitting machine enhances Longding Aluminum's production technology and equipment capabilities, further boosting its competitiveness in the high-end aluminum foil market.
