Recently, the 3005 alloy aluminum foil for food containers independently developed by Longding Aluminum has been successfully stamped and formed by downstream customers.
Manufactured via a new continuous casting and rolling process, this product is fully self-developed in all core links including alloy composition selection, process parameter configuration, cold foil rolling matching and annealing process formulation. Patent applications for invention have already been initiated.
At present, the R&D innovation team of Longding Aluminum is developing and expanding diversified application scenarios for the 3005 alloy product series, injecting new momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
